I am a pastor, church planter and leader with over two decades of professional ministry experiences.  Before answering the call to full time ministry, I was in the music business.

I truly love preaching and teaching and believe I possess the unique ability to connect with a multi-generational audience by using God’s Word and a passion for sharing Christ with others, my own experiences, and a keen sense of humor.

Born and raised near Akron, OH, I met the love of my life, Michelle (Sexton), at college.  We have been married and on this adventure together for 30 years, along with our amazing three children;  Austin, who is currently serving in the US Navy,  Caleb, is an FSU grad/Army Officer in Aviation and Hannah, is a recent graduate from TNU living in Nashville. 
Michelle is my favorite person, she’s my biggest support and greatest encourager. She also serves as our Discipleship Pastor and creative/communications director.  My wife and children are each unique in their interests, abilities and personalities.  They inspire me to be a better pastor and dad.  I enjoy reading, playing golf, hanging out with Michelle, going on hikes, watching movies and sports.

After seeking earnestly over the 2016-17, for fresh vision, it became clear God was moving us in a new direction, leading here to Pompano Beach, Florida.  I kicked off my first Sunday at Pompano Nazarene Christmas Eve, 2017, and now in full swing (after the COVID pause) re-igniting purpose and passion with a new vision.  God is doing amazing things here, join us in this journey.
